• Who will guide in the live sessions?

Only Gaurav Kaushal sir will take all the scheduled live sessions.

 

• What is the motive of this program?

This program is not about spoon feeding or burdening with content, but to make a UPSC aspirants self-dependent & self-reliable, so that they are not misguided by anyone & don’t feel directionless in their preparation journey. Mentor wants to make their preparation journey healthy, easy, comfortable, enjoyable & successful.

 

• How will this program help me in my UPSC CSE preparation?

The duty of a real mentor is to guide or direct you to the right path towards your goal without burdening you with any extra load. So this program is all about that. Gaurav Kaushal sir will guide students with regard to all the issues that any USPC aspirants may encounter in their preparation UPSC.

 

• On what all aspects of UPSC preparation will I get guidance in this mentorship program?

Dedicated sessions on each & every aspect of UPSC preparation from base to top viz. understanding syllabus, PYQ paper analysis methodology, optional subject selection, newspaper reading & current affairs strategy, books & resources, notes making techniques, time table making, time management, answer writing, mapping techniques, CSAT, Essay, preparation strategy for different parts of the syllabus & different GS papers, strategy for MCQs, personality development, healthy & fit student life, maintaining consistency, avoiding distractions etc.

 

• I am taking offline or online coaching from some other platform, so should I join this program?

As explained above that this program is completely different from conventional coaching or teaching courses, so you won’t be burdened with any extra ready-made content or information etc. If you want clarity on every minute aspect of UPSC preparation then you can definitely join this program along with some UPSC coaching to give a boost to your preparation.

 

• I am not taking coaching from any other platform, so how will this program benefit me?

UPSC aspirants who are doing self study often find themselves directionless & always doubt whether they are going in the right direction towards their goal or not. Since in this program mentor will guide you regarding every upcoming challenges, issues or problems related to your preparation, hence definitely this program will give you a great sense of confidence.

 

• I am a working professional or I am studying in a college, so will this program be suitable for me?

Definitely yes. The guidance in this program will be given keeping in mind every type of UPSC aspirant. Further, timing of any weekday session will be in the evening & for weekend session it will be during day time.

 

• What will be the structure of this mentorship program?

For first 4 months: Weekly 2 live & interactive sessions (one on weekday evening & one on weekend day time)

For next 2 months: Fortnightly live interactive sessions.

Till May 2025: Monthly live interactive sessions.

June 2025 – Aug 2025: Live interactive sessions mostly focused on Mains.

After Mains 2025 Result: Detailed interview guidance sessions.

 

• What will be the schedule & timings of the live sessions?

Live sessions will dart from 23rd June 2024 onwards. Timing of any weekday session will be in the evening & for weekend session it will be during day time. Exact date & time of sessions will be updated in dedicated Telegram group, App & website well before scheduled date of  the live session. Timings will be suitable for students who are doing job, college studies or taking coaching at some institute.

 

• If I miss any live session then can I access the recorded version of that session?

Yes recordings of the live sessions along with any other content uploaded in the course folder will be accessible till 31st May 2026.

 

• Which year UPSC exam aspirants can join this program?

Aspirants planning to appear in UPSC CSE 2025, 2026 or beyond can join this program as this is not a conventional coaching or teaching program but a holistic & in depth guidance program for your UPSC preparation journey.

 

• I am appearing in UPSC CSE Prelims 2024, so should I join this program?

If you feel that you are still directionless or lack clarity on some of the critical points related to UPSC preparation then you can join this program to identify that where you are actually making mistakes in your strategy.

 

• Will there be one on one guidance in this program?

It is not purely one on one guidance program. But all the enrolled students will join a dedicated Telegram group made exclusively for the enrolled students. In that group mentor will ask students to put their queries before every live session & those queries will also be answered in the subsequent live session. Further, mentor will also take all queries during the live sessions. So, your queries will be definitely resolved through this program.

 

• I am a Hindi medium UPSC aspirant, so should I join this program?

Since, this is not a purely teaching program but a detailed guidance & interactive program so definitely it will be suitable for Hindi medium students as well.

 

• Will sir teach the syllabus in this mentorship program?

This mentorship program is a detailed guidance program which is completely different from traditional coaching & teaching programs. Subjects will not be taught in this, but detailed strategy to prepare all parts of syllabus will be told in addition to guidance on every aspect of preparation related to UPSC CSE Prelims, Mains & Interview.

 

• Will guidance on any optional subject be covered in this program?

Specific optional subject will not be covered in this program. But students will be guided on the issue of ‘how to select best optional subject for yourself’ & ‘significance of optional subject’ & other related points.

 

• Will I get guidance on answer writing?

Yes, mentor will guide students on important points related to answer writing with examples.

 

• Will there be any test series in this mentorship program?

No, test series is included in this program.

 

• After enrolment in the Mentorship Program can I cancel my registration due to any reason & claim the refund of my fees?
